摘    要:本文提出一种新的高灵敏度测定锇的化学发光方法, 检测下限可达1.8×10-14 g/mL,对1.0×10-13 g/mL锇(Ⅷ)进行13次平行测定, 相对标准偏差为4.2%。发光强度与锇浓度在3.3×10-13 g/mL~1.3×10-9 g/mL范围内呈线性关系。本法操作简单, 重现性好, 灵敏度高, 是侧定超痕量锇的一种有效方法。

Abstract:A new and highly-sensitive method for determination of trace Os(Ⅷ) was developed on the basis of Os(Ⅷ) catalysted reaction of Luminol and O2 which generates chemiluminescence. The detection limit of this method is as low as 1.8×10-14 g/mL for Os(Ⅷ) and the relative standard deviation (RSD) for determination of 1.0×10-13 g/mL Os(Ⅷ)(n=13) is 4.2%. These is a linear relationship between chemiluminescence and Os(Ⅷ) concentration in the range of 3.3×10-13 g/mL to 1.3×10-9 g/mL. The method proved to be simple and effective for determination of trace osmium, with good reproduceability and high sensitivity.
