乳铁蛋白测定方法的比较

摘    要:建立了3种乳铁蛋白的测定方法并进行了比较。免疫酶联吸附法灵敏度高,最小检测限低,适合于乳铁蛋白分离纯化的全程分析;高效液相色谱法快速准确,操作简便,可实现乳铁蛋白初步分离时的同步分析;分光光度法快速简便,准确性稍差,适合于纯化后具有较高浓度的乳铁蛋白的在线分析。

Abstract:Three kinds of methods of lactoferrin measurement were established and compared. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was most sensitive with the lowest minimal detectable concentration and fit for the analysis in the whole process of separation and purification of lactoferrin. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was speedy, precise, simple, and fit for the synchronous analysis during preliminary isolation. Spectrophotometry was also quick and simple, but not very exact, and fit for the purified lactoferrin with high concentration.
