汽车玻璃自动装配气动机械手可编程控制系统设计

摘    要:根据汽车生产制造中前窗玻璃自动装配的需求,设计了基于PLC控制的6自由度气动机械手可编程控制系统,包括控制系统的方案、硬件构成和PLC控制程序。该系统具有自动化程度高、可靠性好等特点,对提高汽车装配自动化水平有借鉴作用。

Abstract:According to the requirements of the window-glass auto-installing equipment for automobile automatic manufacturing, the PLC-based programmable control system of 6-degrees-of-freedom pneumatic manipulator, including the control system scheme, the hardware structure and PLC control procedures, are designed. The system presents the characteristics of high automation, high reliability. It provides the reference to design automobile automatic manufacturing equipment.
