大豆中粗蛋白质不确定度的评估和计算

摘    要:本文分析了全自动凯氏定氮仪测定大豆中粗蛋白质的不确定度来源,通过回收率试验间接评定了由系统效应产生的盐酸标准溶液滴定体积不确定度分量,并利用实验室间协同试验的r值计算出方法中由随机效应导致的不确定度分量,同时评定其它各分量,最后合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。方法具有较强的实用性和可操作性。

Abstract:In this article,the sources of the uncertainty for the determination of crude protein in soya with automatic Kieltec Distilling system were analyzed.By means of reclaim rate test,the uncertainty weight of the volume of HCl titration due to systematic effect was indirectly evaluated and calculated.And means of the repeatability limit of cooperated tests among laboratories the uncertainty weight due to random effect in the method was calculated.at the same time,various other weights were evaluated and calculated too.The combined standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty were reported at last.This method has higher practicability and operability.
