超疏水表面润湿理论研究进展

摘    要:超疏水表面在表面自清洁、防雾防霜、防腐蚀、油水分离以及过程强化等方面具有巨大应用潜力。超疏水表面润湿理论由于涉及到表面结构的优化设计,有利于指导超疏水表面的制备,因此受到广泛关注。综述了超疏水表面润湿理论的理论基础及新进展,内容涉及到经典的Wenzel理论和Cassie理论、滚动角的计算、两种接触状态之间的转换以及微纳米分层结构的重要性等,并展望了超疏水表面润湿理论前景。

Abstract:Superhydrophobic surfaces have a potential application in self-cleaning,anti-fog,anti-frost,anti-sepsis,oil-water separation and process intensification.The wetting theories have drawn attentions because of their relevance to the optimization of designing superhydrophobic surface and guiding the preparation of surface.The basement and progress in wetting theory are reviewed in this article,including the classic theories on superhydrophobic surface and new developments,such as transition state and multi-scale effect,etc.Finally,an outlook of wetting theory development is proposed.
