火焰原子吸收法测定岷县黄芪和党参中金属元素的含量

摘    要:采用先灰化,再用硝酸-高氯酸(4∶1)常压微沸条件下消解黄芪、党参和当归样品,应用火焰原子吸收法测定黄芪和党参中的金属元素K,Mg,Ca,Cu,Zn,Mn,Fe,Co,Cd和Pb含量,研究了测定不同元素的仪器最佳工作条件。结果表明,黄芪和党参中均含有一定量的金属元素,但其含量均符合世界卫生组织对重金属限量的要求。测定方法简单易行,方便快捷,结果令人满意。

Abstract:The objective of the paper is to determine the amount of metal elements of K, Mg, Ca, Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe, Co, Cd, and Pb in Astragalus and Lanceolata by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry, The samples were digested by dry process and wet process with nitric acid-perchloric acid 4 : 1 (V/V) at 90-95 ℃ and nomlal pressure separately. The analytical results showed that all samples come up to standard of the heavy metals according to tile issued standard of World Health Organism. The characteristic method is quick, simple and convenient and the results are satisfactory.
