摘    要:热轧板坯在定宽轧制过程中锤头的不同倒角对锤头的作用力会有差异,进而影响到锤头的使用寿命。为了系统地研究该因素对锤头作用力的影响,本文利用ABAQUS商业计算软件对某钢厂不同倒角锤头在定宽过程中的受力情况进行了仿真模拟,结果表明倒角角度越小的锤头受力越小。钢厂将倒角小的锤头应用于生产现场,大大提高了锤头的使用寿命。

Abstract:A force is generated on the hammer with different angle of chamfer during the SSP slab sizing presses,which will affect the service life of hammer. In order to determine the influence,the force of hammer with different angle of chamfer during SSP slab sizing presses was simulated by ABAQUS commercial software.The result showed that the hammer with the minimum angle of chamfer suffered the least force under the same boundary condition.The service life of this structure hammer was enhanced greatly when the steel plant used it in the production.
