摘    要:采用植物茜草的提取液对蓝湿皮进行染色,测试不同温度、时间、pH值等因素对蓝湿皮上染效果的影响。同时对蓝湿皮用纳米TiO2改性及壳聚糖处理后,再与茜素染料作用,比较不同的染色效果。确定茜素提取液应用于皮革染色的最佳染色条件。结果表明:经壳聚糖处理及纳米TiO2改性过的皮胶原对茜素染料有更高的上染效果。

Abstract:The factors such as temperature, time and pH value were investigated when the extract of gamene was used to dye wet -blue leather. The interactions of leather, which modified separately with nano -TiO2 and chitosan, with lizarin were investigated and their dying effects were contrasted to each other. The best dyeing condition of alizarin on leather was obtained. The results showed that the leather treated with chitosan or nano-TiO2 has higher dye uptake to alizarin.
