| 摘 要： | 采用碳酸乙烯酯作萃取剂萃取精馏分离碳酸二甲酯（DMC）与甲醇的恒沸物，为了得到纯度达99．5％的DMC产品，利用ASPENPLUS流程模拟软件对此过程进行了模拟计算，得到了最佳的工艺操作条件及工艺参数，DMC的纯度达到99．67％，萃取剂可以完全循环利用，为工业化装置提供了重要的理论依据和设计参考。
