摘    要:介绍了一种针对闭式循环柴油机系统(CCD)的运行要求,以组态软件为基础,采用模块化设计思想组建的闭式循环柴油机监控系统的设计方法。该系统能直观显示系统组成和系统工作过程,实现数据实时采集记录,显示系统重要状态参数,发生故障时能及时报警处理。为改善CCD配氧控制的动态特性,系统实现了配氧的前馈补偿以及配氧反馈PID控制参数的优化。该系统人机界面(HMI)友好、功能齐全、操作便利、工作可靠,扩充灵活方便。

Abstract:A closed circle diesel (CCD) monitoring control system,which is designed based on configuration software and modularization idea,has been introduced in this paper.The system realizes many functions such as the display of the work process and important parameters, the real time data acquisition and recording,and alarming when something is wrong.In order to improve the dynamic characteristics of oxygen control system,feedforward compensation and the parameters optimization of PID feedback controller are performed by the system.This system not only provides friendly HMI,credible and easy operation for users,but also has flexibility on system improvement.
