硫酸铜在微细粒嵌布水淬铜渣浮选试验中的应用

摘    要:云冶水淬铜渣中主要有价元素为铜和铁,其中含铜0.72%、含铁39.84%,伴生金银。铜矿物主要以单质铜、辉铜矿和赤铜矿形式存在,铁矿物主要以硅酸铁形式存在。铜矿物与铁橄榄石等嵌布关系复杂,嵌布粒度极细,属于极难回收的二次资源。为了回收该水淬铜渣中的微细粒级铜和金银等贵金属,采用阶段磨矿-阶段选别-混合中矿再磨再选的工艺流程,混合中矿再磨再选过程中加入硫酸铜活化使得混合铜精矿的品位和回收率均有明显改善,最终获得含铜20.27%、含金2.59 g/t、含银230.37 g/t,铜、金、银回收率分别为30.98%、35.61%和34.34%的混合铜精矿。

Abstract:The slag stemmed from copper metallurgy with copper and iron around 0.72% and 39.84% was from Yunye,and was associated gold and silver.Main copper minerals in the slag were elemental copper,chalcocite and zigueline,and iron was mainly in the form of iron silicate.Copper minerals consisted of microgranular disseminated and closed associated with olivine in the slag,which belonged to the refractory secondary copper resource.Concentration process for copper and Ag and Au recovery was determined as stage grinding-stage recovering from the fine particles slag,and mixed middling regrinding with CuSO4 as activator.The laboratory experiment was completed and a mixed concentrate with a Cu grade of 20.27%,Au grade of 2.59 g/t, Ag grade of 230.37 g/t,and Cu recovery of 30.98%,Au recovery of 35.61% and Ag recovery of 34.34% were obtained.These beneficiation indexes were finally improved.
