| 摘 要： | 当人类步入21世纪这一信息社会、网络社会的时候,传统的教育手段受到挑战,一种新的教育手段应运而生,这就是网络教育.本文就网络教育与网络教育资源,课程资源建设和教学软件支撑平台建设等相关问题进行研究,就如果加强培训,实施信息素质教育,培养信息化人才提出自己的看法.
