熔模铸造厂房工艺设计

以某新建熔模铸造项目为例，根据其产品种类多、材质非单一的特点，介绍了熔模铸造工艺的主要流程。基于熔模铸造工艺厂房的设计原则，合理设置熔模铸造生产蜡模成形、制壳、熔炼、清理等工序的布局，并结合生产情况，提出了熔模铸造环境保护的相关措施以减少对环境的污染。

Process Design of Workshop for Investment Casting

Taking a new investment casting project as an example, the main process of investment casting was introduced on the characteristics of multiple products and no single material. Based on the design principle of workshop for investment casting process, the process layout, such as wax pattern forming, shell making, smelting and cleaning, was set up reasonably. Combined with the production situation, the relevant measures of environmental protection for investment casting were put forward to reduce environment pollution.
