铁矿石中全铁准确定量影响因素的探讨

摘    要:探讨了铁矿石中全铁准确定量的影响因素,根据理论计算和实践的结果,认为预还原阶段如何准确消除过量还原剂是影响结果准确度最大的因素,这直接与指示剂的选择和滴定终点的判断方式相关。文章认为光度滴定铈量法将是一个准确、快速测定铁矿石中全铁的方法,也是一个节能减排、低碳环保的方法。

Abstract:The influential factors of accurate determination of total iron content in iron ores were discussed. According to the theoretical calculations and experimental results, it was found that the complete elimination of the excessive reducing agents was the most important factor. It was related to the selection of indicators and endpoint detecting methods. It was considered that the combination of cerimetry and photometric titration would be a simple, accurate and environmental method for the determination of total iron in iron ores.
