| 摘 要： | 目前我国在物流绩效评价方面的研究大多数集中在第三方物流、供应链物流方面,而生产企业物流方面的研究比较少。拟对生产企业的物流绩效评价进行研究,构建一套符合生产企业物流的绩效评价体系,运用PCA方法对企业内部的物流进行绩效评价,有助于企业降低生产成本,提高服务质量。

| Abstract: | There is a large body of research reports on third party logistics and supply chain for inter-enterprises.However,less research attention is paid for material flow in a manufacturing enterprise.The performance evaluation of material flow in an enterprise is addressed in this paper and an evaluation system is developed.It adopts Principal Components Analysis(PCA) to assess the performance.The system is helpful for enterprises to reduce production cost and improve service quality. |
