摘    要:建立了等离子发射光谱法分析纯度99.99%的氧化铈中14种稀土杂质的新方法。详细考察了光谱干扰情况,选定了合适的分析谱线。同时,通过样品测量分析了基体效应,并得出了14种稀土杂质的方法检出限(0.013~0.317μg/mL)。该方法简单、快速、准确,对实际样品的测定具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:A new method for the analysis of trace 14 rare earth elements in cerium oxide(99.99%) by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) was established.The spectra interferences were investigated in detail,then the proper analysis lines were selected.Simultaneously,matrix matching effect was analyzed by determining samples,and the detection limits range from 0.013 to 0.317 μg/mL depending on the elements.This method was simple,fast and exact,which had the reference value on analyzing practical samples.
