新型铜缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能及机理探讨

摘    要:通过挂片试验,电化学研究及表面分析,研究了W及 其与BTA的复合配方WB在内冷水中对发电机空芯铜导线的缓蚀作用,并与BTA的缓蚀性能进行 了对比.研究结果表明,W对铜具有较好的缓蚀作用,与BTA复配后,其缓蚀作用比W及BTA单 独使用时都强,是一种主要阻滞阳极过程的混合型缓蚀剂.

Abstract:The inhibitive property of ihibitors W and WB(mixture together W and BTA) for copper of the internal water cooled hollow copper wire used in generators was studied by measuring copper-content in the water,electrochemical polarization and surface analysis.The inhibitive property of W and WB was compared with benzotriazole.The results indicated that the inhibitive property of W for copper was slightly superior to BTA.Furthermore,WB was showed to be the most effective for suppressing anode reaction among the inhibitors tested.The results of XPS showed that the corrosion inhibition of WB was due to forming a film on the surface of copper.
