摘    要:采用微波法从根霉RO14、毛霉M5、黑曲霉AN22、梨头霉AC18木霉TV7、香菇LE2、平菇PO3、滑菇PN9、猴头菇HE4等的菌丝体中提取壳聚糖(chitosan),结果表明,根霉壳聚糖的得率为9.6%,明显高于其他菌株,且纯度较高;对各真菌壳聚糖的相对分子量、脱乙酰度等指标进行了测定,所得产品均具有较高的相对分子量和脱乙酰度,各壳聚糖的脱乙酰度高于或接近90%,其中根霉RO14的脱乙酰度达到93.4%。

Abstract:Chitosan was obtained from Rhizopus oryzae RO14,Mucor sp.M5,Aspergillus niger AN22,A.coerulea AC18,Trichoderma TV7,Lentinula edodes LE2,Pleurotus ostreatus PO3,Pholiota nameko PN9 and Hericium erinaceus HE4 by microwave extracting method.Results indicated that the obtained 9.6% chitosan of Rhizopus oryzae dry weight was much higher than the other strains,and it had good purity level.We viewed Rhizopus oryzae RO14 as the chitosan high yield strain by screening.Relative molecular weight and degree of deacetylation(D.D.) were measured.D.D.of chitosan samples was close to or higher than 90% and D.D.of Rhizopus oryzae RO14 reached up to 93.40%,presented potentials for further studies.This trial supplied basic data for extracting chitosan from fungi.
