摘    要:KDON-10000/20000-Ⅰ型空分设备氩纯化系统自动放空阀V2104开启放空,液氩产量不断减少,影响了整个制氩系统的稳定生产,而空分设备又不能即时停车检修。在线对故障原因进行了分析,停运精氩塔,对堵塞的工艺氩换热器进行加热处理,空分设备恢复正常运行工况。

Cause analysis and treatment of the blockage in process argon heat exchanger
Abstract:The opening of auto-emptying valve V2104 in argon purification system of KDON-10000/20000-I type air separation unit led to a continuous decrease in liquid argon yield and to an unstable operation of the argon producing system.Due to the inconvenience of immediate repair by shutting down the air separation unit,an in situ cause analysis of the fault was performed.The air separation unit resumed its regular operation by warming up the blocked argon heat exchanger after shutting down the pure argon column.
