摘    要:目的:采用离子对反相高效液相色谱法测定猪硫酸软骨素的含量。方法:采用Inertsit-ODS-SP色谱柱(4.6×150 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈—0.006 mol.L-1辛烷基磺酸钠溶液(15:85),磷酸调pH至3.5,流速:0.8 mL.min-1,测定波长:195 nm,进样量:20μL。结果:该方法在质...

Abstract:Purpose: Determine the content of chondroitin sulfate porcine with ion-pair reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography.Method: Use Inertsit-ODS-SP chromatographic column(4.6×150 mm,5 μm),mobile phase: Acetonitrile-0.006 mol·L-1 octanesulfonic acid sodium salt solution(15:85),phosphoric acid pH 3.5,velocity of flow: 0.8 mL·min-1,range of wavelength: 195 nm,inpouring: 20 μL.Result: The method has a good linear relationship within the range of a mass concentration of 0.01~0.08 mg·mL-1,r=0.9998,recovery 99.25 %,RSD=1.51 %.Conclusion: The method is precise and exact,and it can be used to determine the content of chondroitin sulfate porcine.Chromatography external standard method determination.
