汽油机噪声源识别及噪声控制研究

摘    要:为了降低某型汽油机的噪声辐射,首先运用声强测试技术测量了该发动机四个面的表面辐射噪声分布,识别出噪声源;通过平均声压级和声功率级的测试验证了复合钢板试制的油底壳的降噪效果。研究结果表明:油底壳、皮带轮、进气、气缸盖罩为主要噪声源,复合钢板油底壳有良好的降噪效果,并提出了进一步降低该发动机噪声的改进措施。

Abstract:In this paper, in order to reduce noise radiation of a gasoline engine, firstly, the noise source of this engine was identified by the technique of sound intensity. With the measurement of average sound pressure level and sound power level, the noise reduction result of the oil pan made by sandwich steel plate was proved. This research shows that the oil pan, pulley, intake and cylinder head cover are the main noise resources, and using sandwich steel plate oil pan makes the good noise reduction result . More methods of reducing noise of this engine were devised.
