锡基巴氏合金中锑铜分方法的研究

摘    要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)检测锡基巴氏合金薄片样品中的锑、铜含量,每件样品测定4次,采用锑、铜标准溶液和用钇作内标元素绘制标准曲线。结果表明,检测锑、铜元素所采用的波长的线性相关系数均大于0.999 9,测定值的相对标准偏差RSD均小于1%,标准样品GBW02301的测定结果与标准值相符。

Abstract:Contents of antimony and copper in thin test pieces of tin-base babbitt metal were detected by using inductively coupled atomic, emission spectrometry ( ICP-AES), and each test piece was tested four times. The standard curves were drawn by standard solutions of antimony and copper and using yttrium as an internal standard element. The results show that linear correlation coefficients of wavelenths used in detecting antimony and copper ale more than 0. 999 9, and RSD of the measured values are less than 1%. The antimony and copper contents detected by above-named method in the standard sample GBW02301 are consistent with the standard values.
