摘    要:针对原液着色涤纶针织物染整工艺,从色光稳定性、各项色牢度、节能减排效果等方面进行分析结果表明,染整加工条件对织物色光的影响不大,色光稳定性较好;各项色牢度良好,特别是耐日晒色牢度、撞色牢度可达4级以上,较常规染色工艺有明显提升;染整过程中用水量降低75.8%,生产时间缩短75%,同时废水色度、COD均大幅降低,节能减排效果显著。

Abstract:According to the dyeing and finishing process of dope dyed polyester knitted fabric,the color stability,color fastness,energy saving and emission reduction effect are analyzed.The results show that the dyeing and finishing conditions have little effect on the color of the fabric and the color stability is good.The color fastness is good,especially the color fastnesses to sunlight and contrast fastness,which can reach above Grade 4.In the dyeing and finishing process,the water consumption is reduced by 75.8% and the production time is shortened by 75%.The chroma and COD of wastewater are greatly reduced,and the effect of energy saving and emission reduction is significant.
