摘    要:研究了几种澄清剂对黄酒的澄清作用,通过观察酒样底部的沉淀量和上清液的光泽透明程度及其澄清效果分析。结果表明,与其他几种澄清剂相比,澄清剂D对黄酒的澄清效果更为理想。

Abstract:The clarification effects of several clarifiers on yellow rice wine were investigated through the observation of bottom precipitation and upper wine transparency.The results suggested that clarifier D was the best among them.
