摘    要:为了解决灌浆手动控制系统控制精度较差和灌浆过程中不确定因素引起灌浆压力波动问题,确保灌浆工程质量,提出了灌浆压力的等维新息灰色预删GM(1,1)模型。并利用残差模型对原始数据模型进行修正。该算法不需要被控对象模型结构的先验信息,仅根据灌浆记录仪输出的压力离散值,利用灰色预测模型,实时进行一步预测,算法容易实现。仿真结果表明,预测平均误差小于3%,该方法的预测结果能够满足实际灌浆工程需要,而且预测压力输出比人工控制方式的输出压力波动小。

Abstract:Due to uncertainties of the grouting process a grey model GM(1,1) with equal dimensional innovation is proposed to pridict the grouting pressure. A residual error model is used to modify the original data model. Only the history data is needed to pridict the future pressure by one step. The experiment result shows that the average error of the predictive model is less than 3% and the fluctuation of the output pressure is lower than that in the manual control.
