注塑工艺对PVC-U合金性能的影响

摘    要:研究了注塑工艺对PVC-U合金性能的影响,结果表明:在注射温度185℃、注射压力80MPa、注射速度60g/s、注射时间5s的工艺条件下,注塑制品具有较好的力学性能。

Abstract:Influences of injection molding process on the properties of PVC alloy were studied. The results showed that injection products with better mechanical properties could be obtained when the injection temperature was 185 ℃, injection pressure was 80 MPa, injection rate was 60 g/s and injection time was 5 s.
