LED灯的散热问题研究

摘    要:LED作为第四代照明光源,有光效高、寿命长、响应快和环保等特点,但是完全取代传统的光源还面临着许多技术难点,其中散热问题是限制LED灯具发展的一个重要因素。本文通过分析LED灯具热量传递过程,论述了目前LED灯散热研究的方法,对未来LED散热问题的研究发展作了展望。
