荔枝核水提物抗氧化和抑菌作用的研究

摘    要:以荔枝核为原料,经过粉碎,采用传统中药水煎法制备得到荔枝核水提物。通过测定还原能力、总抗氧化能力以及水提物对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苦肼自由基(DPPH.)、羟自由基(.OH)、超养阴离子自由基(O2-.)的清除能力来评价水提物的抗氧化活性。同时,通过侧定抑菌圈直径大小和最小抑菌浓度研究的荔枝核水提物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果。实验结果表明:荔枝核水提物有较好的抗氧化性,对DPPH.、.OH、O2-.的IC50分别是0.1819mg/mL、16.3652mg/mL、31.6767mg/mL。同时荔枝核水提物表现出一定的还原能力和抗氧化能力。通过抑菌实验,得出荔枝核水提物对金黄色葡萄球菌有抑制效果。当水提物的浓度为3.125%,抑菌圈直径为8.8±0.58mm。荔枝核水提物对金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度为6.25%。

Abstract:Taking the litchi seed as raw material,after crushing,water extracts of Litchi seeds were prepared by using traditional Chinese medicine decoction.Antioxidant activities of water extracts were evaluated by determining reducing capacity,total antioxidant capacity and free radical scavenging ability of water extracts against DPPH·、·OH and O-2·.At the same time,antibacterial acti ities were studied through the detemination of the antibacterial circle diameter and minimum inhibitory concentration.The results showed that water extracts had better antioxidant activities.The IC50 values of water extracts against DPPH·、·OH and O-2·.were0.1819mg/mL、16.3652mg/mL and 31.6767mg/mL,respectively.Water extract showed some reducing ability and total antioxidant capacity.Water extracts had better antibacterial acti ities against Staphylococcus aureus.The antibacterial circle diameter was 8.8±0.58mm when the concentration of water extract was3.125%.The smallest antibacterial concentration was 6.25%.
