摘    要:以南凹寺煤矿30104运输巷道为研究对象,采用数值模拟,得到动压影响应力集中系数达到3.57,煤柱完全处于塑性区,引起工字钢变形。因此,针对该类巷道围岩失稳机理,提出运用顶板注浆+水力膨胀锚杆联合支护技术,两帮进行树脂锚杆加强支护技术。实践表明:采用围岩注浆+水力膨胀锚杆联合加固支护新技术,整体加固技术能够有效控制下分层动压影响巷道围岩强烈变形,并取得良好的支护效果。

Instability Mechanism and Reinforcement Technology for Lower Slice Dynamic Roadway
Abstract:Taking 30104 transport roadway in Nanwasi Mine as research object,the stress concentration factor reaches 3.57 by the effect of dynamic pressure,the coal pillar is completely in plastic zone,which causes I-beam deformation.Therefore,aiming at the instability mechanism of surrounding rock of roadway,the combined support technology of roof grouting with water swelling anchor is proposed.Two side walls are strengthened by using resin anchor strengthen support technology.These practices point out that the violent displacement of the surrounding rock can be effectively controlled by using the combination technique of water swelling anchor and grouting reinforcement system,and good reinforcement effect can be achieved.
