复方金钗石斛保健酒缓解小鼠体力疲劳的研究

摘    要:该实验研究了复方金钗石斛保健酒缓解小鼠体力疲劳作用。设置低剂量组(8.4 mL/kg)、中剂量组(16.7 mL/kg)、高剂量组(33.4 mL/kg)及基酒对照组和空白对照组。根据小鼠负重游泳实验以及血乳酸、血清尿素氮、肝糖原等相关生化指标,评价复方金钗石斛保健酒对小鼠体力疲劳的影响;利用苏木精-伊红(HE)染色法对肝、肾组织进行病理学检查,判断复方金钗石斛保健酒对肝、肾组织的损伤。结果表明,该保健酒对小鼠生长无影响(P>0.05),中剂量组负重游泳时间显著优于空白对照组和基酒对照组(P<0.05),中、高剂量组小鼠运动后血乳酸含量极显著低于空白对照组和基酒对照组(P<0.01),低、中、高剂量组小鼠血清尿素氮含量极显著低于基酒对照组(P<0.01),剂量组小鼠肝糖原含量与对照组相比变化不显著(P>0.05),剂量组肝和肾组织未受损伤。复方金钗石斛保健酒具有缓解小鼠体力疲劳的作用,且对小鼠肝、肾组织无毒副作用。

Abstract:The effect of compound Dendrobium nobile Lindl. health wine on relieving physical fatigue in mice was investigated. Mice were randomly divided into 5 groups including low dose group (8.4 ml/kg), middle dose group (16.7 ml/kg), high dose group (33.4 ml/kg), the base-liquor control group, as well as blank control group. The effect of compound D. nobile health wine on relieving physical fatigue in mice was evaluated by evaluating the weight loading swimming test time, and the content of blood lactic acid, blood urea nitrogen, and liver glycogen was tested. The damage of compound D. nobile health wine on liver and kidney was examined by Hematoxylin-Eosin (HE) staining. The research results showed that the health wine had no effect on the growth of mice (P>0.05), the weight loading swimming time of the middle dose group was significantly better than that of the base-liquor control group and the blank control group (P<0.05). The blood lactic acid content of mice in the medium and high dose groups after exercise was significantly lower than that in the base-liquor control group and the blank control group (P<0.01). The low, medium and high dose groups had significantly lower serum urea nitrogen content than the base-liquor control group (P<0.01). Compared with the base-liquor control group and the blank control group, the liver glycogen content in the dose group did not change significantly (P>0.05). The liver and kidney tissues of the dosage groups showed no damage. The compound D. nobile health wine had anti-fatigue effect on mice, and had no toxic side effect on liver and kidney tissues of mice.
