镍基自熔性合金喷焊层的耐蚀性

摘    要:采用氧-乙炔火焰在钢基体上喷焊镍基自熔性合金粉末,就其喷焊层在海水环境下的耐蚀性进行了系统的研究,结果表明,Ni35喷焊层的耐蚀性最好,Ni25最差。同时指出,为了提高喷焊层的耐蚀性,应综合考虑喷涂材料、重熔工艺、磨削工艺的影响。

Abstract:The Ni base self fluxing alloy is sprayed on steel by oxy acetylene flame.The corrosion resistance of spraying layers in sea water environment is studied in a systematic way.The results show that the corrosion resistance of Ni35 spraying layer is the best,Ni25 is the lowest.And it is came out that,the corrosion resistance of spraying layer is affected by spraying material,spraying technology and grinding technology.
