摘    要:结合多层软件架构技术,提出一种通用的多层次城镇土地定级估价系统体系框架,并以Aregis Engine技术为核心,使用Java语言实现了城镇土地定级估价系统.讨论了系统构建过程中因素因子体系表、单元格划分等关键问题,为同类系统的开发提供了一套通用性强,开发成本低,易于维护和扩展的土地定级估价解决方案.

Abstract:A method of multiple-tiers architecture is provided to establish a framework for the system of decide-grade and appraisement for urban land.It consists of six layers:UIL(User Interface Layer),DAFL(decide-grade and appraisement facade layer),DARL (decide-grade and appraisement rule layer),DAL(data access layer),DEL(data entity layer),and AFL(application framework layer).This layers are all introduced in detail and succeed in building the system of Decide-grade and appraisement for urban land based on AE(arcgis engine)with Java.And in the process of system building,a series of correlative problems is resolved with XML and vector-raster mix technology.A good solution is given,which is low cost,easy to maintain and extend,for decide-grade and Appraisement for Urban Land.
