改善内燃机曲轴轴承润滑状态的研究

摘    要:本文通过精确理论计算和现场检测资料分析,系统地研究内燃机曲轴轴承的润滑状态,提出改善曲轴轴承润滑、防止"碾瓦"的方法.分析计算结果和长期测量结果,找出能保证良好润滑的合理的轴承周隙,指出控制主轴承孔不同轴度、曲轴轮预跳动量,确保良好轴承间隙和控制所用机油的品质,是防止"碾瓦"的关键;并提出10L207E柴油机轴承间隙、主轴承孔和曲轴的检修标准及检修方法.

Abstract:Research has been carried out for the lubrication condition of a diesel engine's crankshaft bearing, and methods have been offered to improve Crankshaft bearing lubrication, whereby to prevent burn-off of the bearing. What is also presented in this paper is the service standard and service method applied to the crankshaft bearing of 10L207E diesel engine.
