高温合金净化技术研究现状

摘    要:介绍了目前国内外高温合金净化的几种方法,包括泡沫陶瓷过滤、BIAM优质工艺法、旋转铸锭法、复合熔盐净化、电磁软接触成形净化等,并讨论了净化机制与净化效果,展望了高温合金净化技术的发展趋势.

Abstract:Several purification methods of superalloy at home and abroad were presented,including foam ceramic filtering purification,BIAM technology,the process of rotary casting,compound salt purification,and the purification method of electromagnetic soft-contact forming.The mechanism and effect of purification were discussed,and the development prospect of purification technology for super alloy was pointed out.
