摘    要:随着工业现代化的发展,环境变化日益复杂,而人民的环境健康意识也在不断提高.在这种情况下,传统的气体检测系统已不能满足要求,有待开发一种高灵敏度、高分辨率的新型实时气体检测系统.从气体分子红外光谱理论出发,在对当前各种气体检测方法进行分析比较的基础上,设计了一种基于光声光谱技术的气体检测系统.实验证明:该系统可有效进行CO2气体检测.

Abstract:In recent years, with development of modem industry,increasing complexity of environmental change, and people ' s awareness of environmental health is improving. In this case, conventional gas detecting system can not meet requirements, pending the development of a high sensitivity, high resolution new type realtime gas detecting system. From gas molecules IR spectrum theory, and on the basis of comparison of current variety of gas detection method,study on a gas detecting system based on photoaeoustic spectrum(PAS) technology. Experiment verifies that this system can effectively carry out CO2 gas detection.
