摘    要:以钛酸丁酯为前驱体,在丙酮、吡啶和乙醇的混合溶剂中,采用高温水解溶剂热法合成了纳米TiO2粉体。XRD和TEM分析结果表明,纳米TiO2的平均晶粒尺寸约为11nm,分散性好,是纯单相锐钛矿型。经不同温度煅烧处理后可知,当煅烧温度低于等于800℃时,该纳米TiO2都能保持单一的锐钛矿相,具有高的热稳定性;当煅烧温度低于等于600℃时,煅烧温度对该纳米TiO2光催化性能的影响较小,都具有优良的光催化活性。

Abstract:The nanosized TiO_2 powder which has high thermal stability and good photocatalysis activity was synthesized by high temperature hydrolysis solvothermal method with butyl titanate and mixed solvents of acetone, prydine and ethanol as precursor.The nanosized TiO_2 was pure anatase with average grain size 11nm,good dispersity according to the XRD and TEM analysis.By heat treatment research,the results show that the nanosized TiO_2 powder has high thermal stability because of keeping single anatase when calcin...
