摘    要:H13钢是热作模具钢中应用最广泛的钢种之一,夹杂物对其性能有严重危害。结合某钢厂生产实际情况,以现场取样为基础,用金相显微镜、扫描电镜系统地研究了LF-VD精炼过程中的夹杂物,计算和分析了H13钢冶炼过程中生成Al2O3、MgO.Al2O3类夹杂物的热力学条件。研究结果表明:钢液经LF精炼、VD处理后,钢中夹杂物的数量和面积明显减少,但随着炉渣中Al2O3活度的增大,炉渣吸附Al2O3类夹杂物的能力减弱,去除Al2O3夹杂物的速度减慢;夹杂物在LF精炼前主要以Al2O3、FeS、MgO.Al2O3类夹杂为主,LF精炼结束后为Al2O3、FeS、CaO.Al2O3类夹杂,VD处理后为Al2O3类夹杂。
