| 摘 要： | 介绍国产聚氯乙烯聚合釜自动控制的概况。目前国内聚合釜自动控制主要以30m^3聚合釜为主，但随着聚氯乙烯装置的改、扩建，70m^3聚合釜的自动控制技术已经开始投入实际应用，其主要的特色控制技术有密闭投料、温度控制、转化率技术、注水控制、粗料预估、恒温人料、顺序控制等，并介绍了国产聚合釜自动控制的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the domestic automatic control technologies on polymerizers for the production of PVC are introduced.Currently,the domestic automatic control technologies are maily applied to 30 m 3 polymerizers,but with the reconstruction and extension of PVC production facilites,the automatic control technology on 70 m 3 polymerizer has put into practical operation,which has characteristics of sealed charge,temperature control,conversion control,water adding control,crude material pre-estimation,thermostatic charge,sequential control and etc.The development trends of domestic automatic control technology on polymerizer are also introduced. |
