| Abstract: | As the domestic developing trend of real estate market is towards the livable residence, the author analyzes each key point of the whole process and discusses the innovation, concept and practical application of the livable residence by using the example of the overall project of Lan Jun Famous Garden which fully elucidates the humanoriented concept of livable residence with its integrated application of advanced design consciousness, consummate architectural layout, unique environmental modeling and innovative technology. |
