微量稀土和铬元素对渗硼层疲劳磨损特性的影响

摘    要:使用MM-200磨损试验机研究了微量稀土和铬元素对Fe2B单相渗硼层疲劳磨损特性的影响,并对磨损机理进行了分析,结果表明,稀土和铬元素的渗入可提高渗硼层的疲劳磨损性能,其原因是稀土和铬元素的渗入使渗层组织致密,表层疏松减轻。

Abstract:A study on the effect of micro addition rare earth and chrome on fatigue wear behavior of boronized layer,Fe 2B phase,has been made using an MM 200 wear tester.The test results and the analyses show that infiltrating rare earth and chrome in boronized layer can increase its fatigue wear resistance.The reason for forming was that RE and Cr made the fine columnar grains and decreasing surface layer voids of boronized layer.
