| 摘 要： | 为合理制定内外饰零件材料性能指标和合理选材,通过改变配方材料的质量比,实验研究了内外饰用聚丙烯材料配方成分对性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,配方中滑石粉含量增多,材料刚性和强度均有提高,硬度降低,热变形温度增加,耐刮擦性能下降;随滑石粉目数的增加,材料综合性能均有提升;POE含量对材料低温冲击性能具有决定作用。

| Abstract: | In order to implement the materials standards of interior and exterior trim materials and choose materials reasonably,the effects of modified polypropylene formulation on the properties were investigated by chosen the different mass ratio.The experiment results showed that: the rigidity,intensity of PP materials increased,and the hardness and scratch resistance decreased with the increase of talc in the formulation;the general property of PP was better when the grain size of talc was added;the amount of POE... |
