摘    要:基于电子积分原理,设计开发了一种新型的永磁体磁通量自动检测系统,该系统通过PLC控制的六气缸联动装置实现了永磁体的送检、检测及分拣等动作.为了配合机械装置的动作过程,设计了磁通计硬件电路,并且利用PLC和磁通计I/O信号的交互,实现了整个检测过程的有序进行.同时开发了下位机软件和上位机数据管理软件,实现人机交互和数据管理.实际测试结果表明,该系统运行可靠,检测精度能够达到企业要求..

Abstract:A new type of automatic detection system for magnetic flux of permanent magnets is designed based on the principle of electronic integration.The system realizes the transportation,detection and selection of permanent magnet through the combined motions of six cylinders which are controlled by PLC.In order to cooperate with the mechanical action process,a kind of flux meter's hardware circuit is designed.The orderly conduct of the whole process of detection is achieved by using the interactive between PLC and flux meter's I/O signals.The softwares of the flux meter and PC are both developed to realize the human-computer interaction and data management.The engineering practice indicates that the system works reliably and it's precision can meet the requirements of enterprise.
