摘    要:以黄磷、锌粉、硫酸和甲醛为原料,成功合成了四羟甲基硫酸鏻(THPS),详细探讨了不同合成条件对THPS产率的影响,并通过正交实验确定最佳合成工艺为:黄磷∶锌粉∶硫酸∶甲醛=1∶2.5∶7.5∶5(摩尔比),反应温度为85℃,反应时间为6 h。建立了测定其活性物含量的离子交换法,测得THPS的含量为79.20%。用36%乙酸对产品进行重结晶,成功得到了THPS针状晶体。

Abstract:Tetrakis(hydroxymethyl) phosphonium sulfate(THPS) was synthesized successfully with yellow phosphorus,zinc powder,sulfuric acid and formaldehyde as raw materials.The effects of different reaction conditions on the yield of THPS were discussee systematically.And the optimal reaction conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment as follows: the ratio of yellow phosphorus,zinc powder,sulfuric acid and formaldehyde is 1∶2.5∶7.5∶5,the reaction temperature is 85℃,the reaction time is(6 h.)In order to determine the active matter contents in the products,a new method by ion-exchange process was established,the result showed that the content of THPS was 79.20%.The products were recrystallied in 36% acetic acid and needle crystal was obtained successfully.
