高功率干负载热喷涂的研究

Abstract:High power dry circuit load needs a layer of attenuating material sprayed on the inside surface.This layer can absorb the remained micro-wave and decrease the radiation of high frequency power.In order to meet the strickly required electrical property and vacuity of the dry circuit load,various materials,spraying processes and the layer thickness are studied.And finally,the optimized material,spraying processes and parameters are obtained.The co- hesive mechenism of the coating is also analyzed.
