泥页岩膜效率测试装置及测试技术研究

摘    要:在对泥页岩膜效率测试原理分析的基础上,推导了通过压力传递技术测定泥页岩膜效率的计算公式,并研制了泥页岩膜效率测试装置。用该装置对泥页岩膜效率进行测试,测试结果表明,该装置测试方便,精确度高,能有效测试泥页岩的膜效率,准确评价钻井液对泥页岩膜效率的影响。泥页岩膜效率测试技术的建立,为深入开展泥页岩井壁化学/力学耦合作用机理研究以及研制高效防塌水基钻井液提供了有效的试验手段。

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the principle of shale membrane efficiency testing, formulae are derived for calculating the membrane efficiency by using pressure transmission technique. An apparatus for detecting shale membrane efficiency is developed. An actual test is conducted by means of the apparatus, and the result shows that, the shale membrane efficiency can be effectively detected, and the influence of the drilling fluid on shale membrane efficiency can be evaluated accurately. Based on the development of this detection technique, testing means is provided for deeply studying of chemistry and mechanic coupling action of shale wellbore and researching for sloughing-resistant water-based drilling fluid.
