摘    要:为解决传统光电瞄准设备检测工作中自动化程度低下、检测设备功能单一等突出问题,在对虚拟仪器测量、自动检测技术进行研究的基础上,提出了光电定向瞄准设备自动检测通用平台的设计方案,论述了平台的硬件、软件构成,并着重分析了单线阵CCD两维同步动态测角、读数图象自动识别、电子信号多点位多通道实时检测的原理方法。实验证明,该平台实现了光电瞄准设备的自动化检测,缩短了测量时间,对航天器精确发射意义重大。

Abstract:To solve the problems of low automation and simplex function of metrical equipment in measurement of photoelectric aiming equipment, a universal automatic measurement platform for photoelectric directional aiming equipment is designed by researching virtual instrument and automatic measurement. The system hardware and software are introduced. The principles of single-line CCD measuring 2D angel dynamically and synchronously, recognizing reading image automatically and measuring electronic signal from multichannel and multi-point at real time are analyzed. It is verified through experiments: this platform realizes automatic measurement of photoelectric aiming equipment and reduces measurement time. It is significant for precise launch of aircraft.
