摘    要:针对永磁同步电动机谐波电流和转矩脉动抑制问题,本文提出了基于固定采样间隔-固定深度滑动平均(FT-FD-MA)滤波器的电机谐波/转矩脉动抑制控制方法。首先理论分析了滑动平均滤波器的频率特性及其用于电机控制的优劣,在此基础上,将运行平均算法与滑动平均算法相结合提出FT-FD-MA算法,并理论分析其频率响应特性;然后提出基于FT-FD-MA的低通滤波器和高通滤波器,前者用于平均速度控制,可有效抑制转矩脉动,后者用于电流谐波抑制,可显著降低谐波电流。最后,实验验证了本文方法的有效性和可行性。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of harmonic current and torque ripple suppression of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),this paper presented a control method based on fixed sampling interval fixed depth moving average(FT-FD-MA)filter.Firstly,the frequency characteristics of moving average(MA)filter and its application in motor control were analyzed.On this basis,the FT-FD-MA algorithm was proposed by combining the running average(RA)algorithm with the Ma algorithm,and its frequency response characteristics were analyzed theoretically;then,the low-pass filter and the high pass filter based on FT-FD-MA were proposed,the former was used for average speed control(ASC),which could effectively suppress torque ripple,the latter was used for current harmonic suppression,which could significantly reduce harmonic current.Finally,the experimental results verified the effectiveness and feasibility of this method.
