摘    要:合成了一种新型含氧物质乙二醇单乙醚乙酸酯用作柴油机清洁燃料添加剂,并研究了其对柴油机排放和性能的影响,结果表明:在柴油机外特性下,掺加259/5此种添加剂CO排放平均下降约50%,掺加15%时平均下降约309/6,下降幅度随乙二醇单乙醚乙酸酯掺加量增加而增大;在2000r/min负荷特性下掺加此添加剂使CO和烟度排放下降,但掺加量的变化对排放影响不明显,而排放下降幅度均随平均有效压力增高而增大,NOx排放变化不显著。

Abstract:In this paper, a novel kind of oxygenate, 2-ethoxy ethyl acetate, was chemically synthesized and structurally identified by FTIR, 1HNMR,and GC-MS analyses, which can be utilized as a clean diesel fuel additive. Its effects with different contents in diesel fuel on engine-out emissions, power output and fuel economy were assessed on a single cylinder DI diesel engine. Results showed that the substance could significantly lower exhaust emissions. In full-load characteristic, both CO and smoke emission evidently dropped at different rotating speeds, while NOx emission did not obviously change. At the same time CO emission could be lessened by 50% at most when mixed with 25% of the oxygenate by volume. In part-load characteristic keeping speed of 2000 r/min, both CO and smoke emission reduced remarkably, while the oxygenate content exerted no evident effect on them, the drop increased with mean effective pressure increasing, NOx emission still did not distinctly change.
