染整加工对牛奶蛋白纤维蛋白质含量的影响

摘    要:牛奶蛋白纤维的蛋白质成分在染整加工过程中受到湿、热、酸碱、氧化剂等的影响,发生不同程度的水解和流失,将会影响牛奶蛋白纤维织物的品质和服用性能。为此,通过优化改良凯氏定氮法测试工艺,尝试以含氮量的变化来表征染整化学加工引起蛋白质成分的变化。研究结果表明:经优化的改良凯氏定氮法具有消化时间短,测试准确度高,操作方便等优点;采用该测试方法,揭示了湿热处理、漂白处理、酸碱处理及空白染浴处理条件下牛奶蛋白纤维蛋白质含量的变化规律,对制定牛奶蛋白纤维纺织品的染整工艺具有指导意义。
