| 摘 要： | 以内蒙古赤峰钙基膨润土为原料,研究了将提纯—钠化—有机插层改性结合在一起的制备有机膨润土的联合处理工艺。通过L9(34)正交试验确定了影响膨润土有机化的主要因素,确定了最佳工艺条件,并通过X-射线衍射、红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜等分析手段对有机膨润土的微观结构进行了表征。

| Abstract: | The organobentonite was prepared through purification,Na-activation and organic modification of Ca-bentonite from Chifen,Inner-Mongolia.The optimal technological conditions of the organic modification were found by orthogonal test design of L9(34).The microstructures of organobentonite were characterized by XRD,FT-IR and SEM. |
